In 2025, Palexpo reached a major milestone in strengthening its operational excellence with the achievement of ISO 9001 certification, the leading international standard for quality management. This recognition confirms the company’s ability to deliver reliable, well-controlled services aligned with the expectations of its clients, partners and organisers.

Key principles

Based on core principles (customer focus, employee involvement, a process-based approach and continuous improvement), the ISO 9001 approach is designed to provide a lasting structure for the company’s operations. It helps clarify roles and responsibilities, harmonise practices, increase the reliability of working methods and enhance the quality of services offered across all activities.

Key milestones

Achieving certification is the result of cross-functional work led by the Executive Management, the Quality Committee and all teams across the company. Several key milestones marked this initiative: process mapping, formalisation of business practices, drafting of a quality management manual, deployment of document management tools, internal audits, and the successful completion of the external certification audit.

Continuous improvement

Beyond the recognition achieved, this certification places Palexpo within a continuous improvement dynamic. It entails maintaining high standards, conducting regular audits and continuously optimising processes in order to ensure, over time, a high level of quality and performance in support of the events hosted.
