autoXpérience Geneva: successful launch of a new automotive rendezvous
In 2025, Palexpo and UPSA Geneva launched the first edition of autoXpérience Geneva, a new event dedicated to new vehicules.
Compare, exchange, test
Held from 7 to 9 March, this new format was designed as a platform to support and energise the regional automotive sector. The objective? To offer a practical, useful and sales-driven event serving dealers in Geneva and across French-speaking Switzerland, with an openly commercial focus. Over three days, visitors were able to discover nearly 200 new models from more than 30 brands, compare powertrains, speak with experts and test-drive vehicles in real driving conditions. More than one hundred models were available for test drives, confirming the event’s experiential positioning.
Accessible to all audiences
Beyond its commercial offering, autoXpérience Geneva provided an immersion into the automotive world of today and tomorrow: technological innovation, electric mobility, design and new forms of mobility. Racing simulators, family activities and catering areas helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, accessible to all audiences. With more than 13,400 visitors welcomed over three days, this first edition generated strong enthusiasm among both the public and exhibitors. More than 400 test drives were carried out, confirming interest in a format centred on hands-on experience and purchase decision-making.
A show looking to the future
For both Palexpo and UPSA Geneva, this collaboration reflects a shared ambition: to support the local economy, highlight the role of dealerships and support a sector in the midst of a major transition. Building on this successful launch, autoXpérience Geneva is now establishing itself as a new event with room to grow, with a 2026 edition already envisioned in an even more ambitious format.
