In September 2024, staff and visitors discovered the new face of Le [.] Central, the beating gourmet heart of Palexpo. Now, more than ever, it is the place to be at Palexpo, not only for delicious breaks but also for tailor-made meetings and events.

A successful transformation
After several months of work overseen by the Project Management, Architecture and Drawing (PAD) department, the restaurant has unveiled its new lookand welcoming atmosphere.
Behind this transformation lies a complete redesign of the walls, dining furniture, dividing walls, flower boxes and tables with a covering designed by ADIS (design, print and signage department), as well as revised signage for a smoother, more intuitive flow. Just a few months after reopening, the gamble has already paid off: customer experience has improved considerably, enhancing the well-being of diners and boosting sales.
